How we build

Modern stack, audited code, daily deploys.

Every project runs through six phases with visible deliverables every two weeks. You see the code, the Lighthouse reports, and the pull requests from day one.

  1. 01

    Technical discovery

    Audit of the current site, traffic analysis, required integrations (CRM, analytics, ERP), expected volume, and SLA. Output: scoped document with tickets.

  2. 02

    Architecture

    Stack definition (Next.js SSR/SSG, Drupal, WordPress), data model, repo structure, CI/CD, and deploy plan. Diagram published in your Notion.

  3. 03

    Iterative development

    Two-week sprints with a staging demo every Friday. Pull requests reviewed by two devs before merge. Unit and E2E tests with Playwright.

  4. 04

    QA & Performance

    Lighthouse audits, real-device tests, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility checks, light pen-test, and security review. Target: Lighthouse ≥ 95.

  5. 05

    Deploy & monitoring

    Deploy on Vercel, Railway, AWS, or your cloud. Global CDN, automatic SSL, redirects from the previous domain, Sentry for errors, and privacy-first analytics.

  6. 06

    Evolving maintenance

    Monthly support plan: dependencies current, 24/7 monitoring, backups, small improvements, and an executive report. Tickets in Linear with a 24–72 hour SLA.

Scope, revisions, and ownership.

What does the scope of One, Sitio, and System cover?

One is a landing to launch or validate: custom copy and design, WhatsApp, analytics, plus hosting and domain for the first year. Sitio is the company site (five to eight pages, a CMS, launch identity, and technical SEO at go-live). System is a platform the business runs every day: data, flows, and integrations, with scope and timeline in writing.

How many revision rounds are included?

Design and copy revisions sit inside the scope signed at discovery. Each phase is validated with you before we continue — we don’t move blindly. Requests outside that scope (extra pages, new integrations, a stack change) are quoted separately.

Who owns the code, the design, and the domain?

At close and final payment, the project code, the design, and the domain or hosting accounts for that engagement are in your name. We don’t hold the site hostage. Forja, the point of sale, is a Vulkan product: it is licensed, not delivered as custom code.

Are hosting and domain included?

On One, yes: hosting and domain for the first year, with launch included. On Sitio and System we define it in scope — your cloud (Vercel, Railway, AWS) or ours.

Is Forja a custom package?

No. Forja is the POS we build and evolve as a product. If you need a unique site or system, the path is One, Sitio, or System.
